No subscription, no seats, no setup fees. You fund your lab, set each study's reward, and pay a platform fee on what participants earn.

- Every study pays participants at least $10 an hour, based on its estimated time. Work that trains or evaluates AI pays at least $15 an hour, and expert panels set their own floors: $40 an hour for clinicians and licensed professionals, $25 for software engineers.
- Optional extras: ID-verified participants add $1.50 per place; screen-outs pay at least $0.25, plus the platform fee.
- Add funds by PayPal ($25.00 to $10,000.00 per payment; PayPal's processing fee is shown separately) or by invoice and bank transfer from $500.00, with no processing fee.
- Money reserved for places nobody takes returns to your balance when a study closes, and confirmed fraud is refunded automatically.
